Allergen Guide
Allergens
At Ginja Smoke House, we craft authentic Nigerian and American barbecue daily. Our kitchen processes various ingredients, including peanuts and spices. While we take extreme care to prevent cross-contamination, trace allergens may be present across our smoked meats, traditional sides, and signature house sauces.
We cannot guarantee that any item is 100% allergen-free. If you or your guests have severe food allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify our catering team when placing your order for Saturday pickup or catered events so we can guide your menu selections.
Please review our menu details regularly as our seasonal recipes and spice blends may evolve.
Gluten & Dairy
We use gluten and dairy in select marinades, cornbread, and side dishes. Many of our slow-smoked meats are naturally gluten-free, but shared equipment is used. Please inform us about specific sensitivities when arranging your order.
When ordering online for Saturday pickup, please add any allergy notes in your order comments before submitting.
Nuts
Ground peanuts (Suya spice) are a staple in traditional Nigerian cuisine. Because nut products are active in our kitchen, individuals with severe peanut allergies should exercise extreme caution.
